Manufacture Transformer insulating paper NM

6642NM composite material is made of one layer of DuPont Nomex paper with one layer of polyester film.
--According to different thicknesses of Nomex paper, 6642 NM can be divided into two kinds. The thicker one(0.04mm) with yellow line, the other one(0.05mm) with orange line.
--The thicker Nomex paper you choose, the higher electrical strength is.

--NM has excellent heat resistance, dielectric property and mechanical strength.

--Good cutting and overload resistance, high stiffness. Good compatibility with insulation varnish.

--As slot, interturn and liner insulation for F-grade motors and electric appliances.

--Two layers: polyester film is bonded with Nomex paper.

Dupont Nomex  is used in variety of electrical insulation areas,including transformers,motors,generators and electronic devices
