Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for on-site technical guidance for routine problems during the production process, analysis and resolution of technical problems;

2. Summarize and analyze quality problems and organize on-site staff to hold quality discussion and exchange meetings;

3. Responsible for the liaison of various audit work and the implementation of rectification plans and rectification situations;

4. Responsible for compiling and improving the quality management system and quality control process, and do a good job in Six Sigma project management;

5. Investigate responsibility for the quality loss caused by errors in the process documents at the production site, and assess the responsible technicians and the joint and several responsible persons according to the system;

6. Responsible for quality training, combined with process and technical issues, organize and implement technical research, small reforms, process innovation and technological progress;

7. Conduct a summary analysis of the quality problems of external complaints, grasp the root causes of the problems, and take joint and several responsibility for the recurring quality problems complained by customers;

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, and relevant workers can relax the requirements appropriately; three years and above management experience

2. Mechanics, electronics, optics, materials, chemical engineering, automation and related majors;

3. Master the basic management knowledge of the business system;
